Newborn Identical Quadruplets Laugh Hysterically at Their Father
WOW, this is so CUTE.
People being angry about ~dem gays~ on Target’s Facebook.
I just want to give my two cents on this and tell you a story.
A couple weeks ago, I was hired at Target. I have a job at Target. Not a big deal right?
It is a big deal because i’m a transman.
It doesn’t take a genius to conclude that it’s hard for me, my brothers, and sisters to get a job. There are legal restraints regarding the job and if you don’t pass, it’s hard to be taken seriously at a job interview.
Right on the application, it asks what your preferred name is. It also asks if there is anything that target should know. I put the fact that I am a transman, expecting not to get a call because usually when you put that down, people will throw out the application. I got TWO interviews.
At the interview, they asked me about it. I told them I am on hormones and they told me that they didn’t care. Not in the sense that they don’t emotionally care, but that it didn’t matter. I was male and that’s all that mattered. They also told me that they give sex same couples benefits in states that do not recognize them as a married couple.
At my job orientation, I was not misgendered once. Even my supervisors who weren’t sure of my gender avoided pronoun use, which I found only happens when you’ve had pronoun training. They gave me a name tag with my preferred name and didn’t ask questions. I felt safe and respected, which is huge for a trans* person.
TLDR: Target is amazing not just for the LGB, but also the T. Shop there for the rest of your life.
saith.
Damn good.

SUUUUUUUURRRRGE!!!!!
it’s funny that we’re a generation known for being obnoxiously ironic while the previous generation wants to only be known for their positive impacts on the world and push all of their mistakes and problems onto us while calling us lazy and selfish.
every
generation
is
the
“me”
generation
The truth of the matter is that ALL of society is lazy and selfish, and refuses to take responsibility for their actions. At any opportunity, we will bend over fucking backwards to deflect any sense of responsibility on anybody else but our selves. The republicans, the democrats, liberals, conservatives, the rich, the poor, the middle class, the working class the ruling class, white men, black men, women, minorities, Christians, Jews, Muslims, straight people, gay people, transgendered, cis, the government, Jon Stewart, Rush Limbaugh, Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan, ad infinitium…

This is not a quoll but it’s close enough. It’s a Tasmanian devil, the largest marsupial predator still in existence and the record-holder for highest bite-strength to weight ratio of any living animal.
Looney Tunes Show writers: if you’re reading this and The Looney Tunes Show is still going, please turn Taz into an immigrant from Australia, give him an impenetrable Tasmanian accent and a deathly fear of acne. The discontinuity will be worth it.
Tasmanian devils are currently undergoing an Australia-wide breeding programme to create insurance populations in case they go extinct in the wild from communicable facial cancer. If you’re in or around Perth, the biggest display group of Tasmanian devils in one place can be found down at Peel Zoo near Pinjarra.
This little guy looks so sad. :C
This is the secret to life.
Politicalprof: David Foster Wallace explains it all to you. Listen.
There is no way to overstate how much we recommend taking 10 minutes to watch this video.
I’m really glad I watched this, and I think people have nothing to lose and all the more to gain from doing the same.

Mvsic To Our Ears
Remember when the M in MTV stood for music? Yeah, neither do we. But that’s exactly what our favorite new website, mvsic.net is hoping to achieve. It’s a simple concept; a website that provides a constant stream of music videos. But these aren’t just your run of the mill dance hits featuring Pitbull; these are highly curated music videos that run the gamut from artsy, to trippy, to haunting, to beautiful, to everything in between. It’s the perfect solution when you need to throw something on the computer during parties, or just have it playing in the background while you pretend to do work.
The site was started in 2012 by Martin Rack and Dominic Frohlof with a simple proposition: resurrecting music videos. Needless to say, we’re hooked. The site is still in its infancy but we’re excited for these dudes and support what they’re doing. Keep it up fellas!
Music videos have, for a really long time, been my favorite genre of film. Will have to check it out!
Oh I’m so there.
Reblogging only to add Jamie Hernandez to the tags, coz he’s an awesome artist, and he deserves to be credited.
